The Avengers movies have scored a legion of fans all over the world, with millions of people eagerly awaiting the next instalment of the series, Avengers Endgame.

On Monday night (April 22nd), the world premiere of the Marvel Studios’ flick took place in Los Angeles ahead of its public showing in cinemas later this week.

However, eagle-eyed fans watching the impressive cast – including Robert Downy Jnr, Brie Larson, Scarlett Johnasson, and Chris Evans – will have spotted the ladies wearing something unique to accessorise their outfits.

Larson and Johansson – the two surviving female Avengers – opted for Infinity Stone-inspired jewellery for the special night.

They both donned chunky gold rings and bracelets with large colourful stones in them.

Infinity Stones – Space Stone (blue), Mind Stone (yellow), Reality Stone (red), Power Stone (purple), Time Stone (green) and Soul Stone (orange) – have a huge significance in the films. Those in possession of them can manipulate the aspect of existence each stone represents.

So coveted are the stones that Thanos spent Avengers: Infinity War searching for them.

Although it is not known whether the actresses’ fashion choice at the premiere was sending a message to fans or not about the latest storyline, it has certainly riled up interest in the final Avengers film – the last of 22 Marvel movies.

Once followers had seen the stars in their Infinity Stone accessories, they took to social media to express their excitement.

Birmingham Mail reported one saying: “Scarlett Johansson and Brie Larson wearing Infinity Stones to the endgame premier is such a power move.”
